When driving at high speeds in the cars its hard to turn or i just start slipping, is there any way to help with grip?

I think it might be your suspension settings in game. Make it more stiff

I move the mods to mod folder and i activate them in the game but i cant see them in the game to buy them.pls help me

For that you need to go to Truck manager > Truck dealers > Access Mod dealers. And your enabled mods would be viewed there for purchase.
