Love the 5 in 5 format! MS4 applying to radiology and really appreciate the opportunity to pause, decide what I see on my own, and get a thorough description of what it is and highlights of the most important details.

I'm very happy to hear that you found the lecture helpful! I don't have immediate plans to do mammography lectures, but I'll keep that in mind.

Amazing video! I thought the anterior vertebral body of C2 also looked compressed on the lateral image (regardless of no obvious cortical break) but I take it that this is within normal limits.
@Radquarters2 жыл бұрын
Thank you Joel! Right, the lack of cortical disruption is a helpful clue.

Sir i have one more question……after growth plate fusion can we called growth plate fracture as salter Harris??
@Radquarters2 жыл бұрын
No, once the growth plate is fused, it’s no longer considered a Salter fracture. Triplane fractures are special in that the growth plate is starting to fuse, and that’s why we only see that fracture pattern in adolescents.

Can we call triplanes fracture as salter Harris type 4 fracture??????
@Radquarters2 жыл бұрын
Yes, triplane fractures are generally considered complex Salter 4 fractures.
