Shahrukh being Shahrukh, even as a host on KBC, in absence of Shri Amitabh Bachchan, let alone for one season! Obviously, it wasn't well accepted season for the people who religiously followed (or still follow) KBC, but you just cannot ignore this episode of that not-so-remembered season. Today after many years I have watched the glimpses of that epi through this vid, I wonder why'd lady be so interested to go to the show when she didn't liked the host, for one bit. She looked so annoyed with the host, that she didn't even have any respect for her candidature, or the hotseat, giving her not enough reasons to go on the show. Also, it was another chapter of Shahrukh being the one of most distinguished gentlemen in Bollywood, sending a message to the people there will be some section of people that may not LIKE you, and it is completely alright for being disliked. And when he decided to hand over the cheque to the lady's mother in the audience, who was enjoying every bit of the show unlike the lady herself, that moment made just my day!

SRK proves why he is the king. I remember this episode really well and I am not even a fan of SRK but the way the lady kept on blabbering even made me uncomfortable yet SRK was all respectful. In stark contrast, a very desi haryanvi guy came to the show when AB was hosting it. The guy, in all his innocence, said that he likes his life because unlike AB's life he has peace and is closer to nature. Even though there was no ill intention on his part, AB took offence to it which was very visible in this demeanor and when the guy was about to give wrong answer in some of the very early questions, AB, unlike his usual way of hinting that the contestant might be wrong and if he is sure and should he lock it, straightaway locked the option and the guy ended up losing in the initial phase of the game itself. No wonders AB, though a legend, could never become a king.
