It simply means ki aap apni family time ko cut kar do.coz ghar pe ho toh mummy papa se baat karoge bhai behen se gappe ladaoge. It is not wrong but u lose focus due to it . Moreover agar ghar pe bhi ho toh 7hrs school, 4-5 hrs coaching, 7-8hrs self study aur baaki 6 hrs sleep. Ho gaye 24 hrs. PS: timings are just for example sake itne lakshya wale youtube pe nahi milte🤣.
