A good one I have is from a company called Hiboy, it has about speed that can go up to about 18mph on a flat surface. It also has a light on the front and on the bottom, but you can’t ride it in dirt.

You must be a kid. Bang for your buck is gonna be what lasts the longest and is the best all around scooter. Not the one that goes fast for a month then breaks down. I just bought the KuKirin M4 Pro, best scooter in the price range hands down.

I think if city wise is speed so you can navigate faster around traffic if countryside gravel roads suspension even though it can have suspension you have small tires so have to be careful because of dips and pot holes on the path. Tires wont go over them so easily be persistent Of your surroundings
