One time I was playing Fur Elisr on my teacher's electric piano, and everyone would singing with the main theme. When I got to the second theme after the main theme, everyone went silent because literally no one at our age was familiar with the second theme (we were all 10 y.o., so those who weren't into classical music [which was >95% of the class] had no idea what it was).

We have this thing called "Raskasta Joulua" (Heavy Christmas) in Finland and there is a huge amount of and very popular concerts every year all over the Finland. Even big areena concert's are usually sold out. Concerts start in the end of November and they'll end in the end of December. Check videos under a titles "Raskasta Joulua" or "Raskas Joulu" even they are sunged in Finnish you'll get the point how awesome you can get from old and familiar Christmas songs just with a little heavier arrangement :-) 1 Example from year 2013 kzbin.info/www/bejne/aKTCgpqDeLxsodU&ab_channel=SpinefarmRec (On my channel there's few songs too that I have recorded from concerts)
