One thing for me is that while yes there was an instant connection, it was unlike any other connection i have experienced. It was much more of a sense of home and belonging and completeness but at the same time during the beginning stages it was confusing because it triggered alot of unhealed trauma to rise up in me which caused terrible anxiety. I agree with you with most of the signs, however, sometimes it's not always instant recognition at least for one of the twins but It's a pull that magnetize the two together somehow. My person whom lives in The UK recognized me saying, that it was "something about my eyes" via video which is the first time we saw each other. He said he loved me instantly! About a week later I had some type of an awakening which caused my heart to race, nervousness, really uneasy sensations I couldn't control. I know I've met mine back in 2007 he randomly appeared in my life and moved across the road from me and first day I locked my eyes on him my soul instantly knew and lit up and went happy instantly. It was very intense and not long after the meeting I went straight into a awakening. Hes still in my life and we've been in few separations to heal. Brooo I know that she is my twin flame, because the first time we met it felt unreal. And the second time it felt so natural I was basically sharing my inner most thoughts and she liked it, she also shared hers, and I know from her friend that she is very shy and reserved. Those sings are what I have with a very dear soulmate. I feel love for him. However, my twin flame triggered my spiritual awakening. And that is the only reason he is here for. This person i met when I changed jobs and moved to a new city, he was my boss. I felt intense attraction for him first meeting, When we made eye contact every time we both would just gaze and neither one didn't look away or said a word but was as though he communicated his feelings with just his eyes, time also stood still and also felt like I wasn't even in my work place any more it felt like something from out of a movie. We would search for eachother in a room, his eyes would follow me around, he also would touch me quite alot (on shoulder, back, my hands) and we both felt drawn to each other. I feel like I can't explain this connection to anyone as they may say I'm crazy or not understand, i use to hear his voice comming into the room or kind of know he was in the room and my heart would beat really fast, my legs and arms would shake. His face haunts me and I just can't forget him. I feel as though I even loved him without ever speaking to him more then on a surface level, no intimacy or anything at all as this person was my boss. What I felt for him I've never felt even in relationships I've actually had in the past, The whole experience is really bizarre and I'm totally confused if it is all in my head if I am just obsessed. This video adds to the possibility that I’ve identified my twin, which increases in intensity the deeper I delve into my spiritual awareness. The funny thing is that, as far as I know, the closest thing to interaction we’ve had thus far is a single response to a single comment in a single social media upload, which seems to have been the point of catalysis, at least on my half of the (possible) unified self. Prior to that, I was a mildly curious fan of the person in question (though there was definitely something that “clicked” in me from the first video I watched), and now it’s like… well, like I’m viewing myself through the eyes of another. Does that make any sense at all? Of course, it could be little more than what some call celebrity idolisation… and yet I can’t easily shake the feeling that there’s so much more. One of my favourite literary phrases is “the simplest answer is usually correct,” and this feels almost too well aligned. Well, I asked for a potential clue to this being the case, and my manifestations continue to spike the deeper I delve into my inner work… 😅

I'm not so sure about instant connection since if both parties have unresolved trauma and hold back... like myself... and him to a degree, and the fact that we were both just sort of conditioned to "see how it plays out naturally" without actually communicating with one another about certain topics that the internet has been deemed taboo in the early dating stages. Not at all disregarding your beautiful journey... I think the connection part is probably a bit slower for some folks due to tip toeing around one another. I know for myself (and not saying I am on the TF journey... remains to be seen) that I unconsciously entered the relationship with the idea that I wasn't good enough for him, that eventually he would just get bored or some hot girl would just come along and he would leave to pursue someone else. The only thing that draws me to him is the place we met. He still works there. But we met 1.5yrs before I felt anything. He seemed familiar but I thought nothing of it. I'm a capricorn and the person I feel is my twin flame is a cancer but i'm not going by that. In the 3D we aren't talking. We act very aloof with eachother. I felt a spark last year in Aug and I know he did but after 1.5 months he suddenly stopped talking to me without explanation. He never changed always kind affectionate and sweet, like i never left him and time didn't pass. Now it's the third time, we're still connected, share lots of time together although virtually but it makes me happy and makes me feel grounded. I just miss him so much and wish we could finally get together again and this time for good. He writes to me twice a day, calls and asks about my day, prays for me or fulfills any need i have, gives excellent advice to help me and protects me. I know he loves me and wants to be with me but something is holding him back and blocks us from being together. Actually, twin flame couples are meant to trigger each other's wounds in all areas regardless of this lifetime and every other past lifetime, it is there to help us see the injuries we must heal from and the negative beliefs we must give up holding onto, to make ourselves a better and stronger person. I’m confused about the moving countries part. I couldn’t move to the country my tf had to move to. He had to move for 2 years. He had no choice and wasn’t going to destroy everything he built in his career. I was totally supportive. But because of the pandemic he couldn’t leave without losing everything and I couldn’t get in. Sometimes people don’t have a real choice.

Funny that you mention Cuba in this video ( no coincidence;) I ended up in Cuba two years ago .And I had no plans at all to go there. Two weeks before this trip I had a meeting with my twin in a dream. That dream was so real and I had such a happy feeling and energy when I woke up that lasted for about ten days I knew who he was but we had never met or even had contact with each other so I had no idea. It was such a surprise that hè appeared in this dream and we were kissing. I woke up fell asleep and came to me again... It was sooo intense. One week later I went to Mexico with a stopover in Cuba because the flight ticket was 500 euro much cheaper than a ticket direct to Mexico. (And it was the same flight on the same Day so that's werd isnt it?) And I saw him in Cuba. I had not the opportunity to speak with him.... He is already in a relacionship and 15 years younger then me....because of Covid I had no more opportunity to go back to Cuba so far so that's really sad. But I know he is the one. Sadly me and mine apparently just hit our separation stage. 😪He is over whelmed. But just like before we started seeing one another ,we bump into each other. I never heard of twin flames before mine said the phrase once and then in then months later stumbled across baba Jolie tarot who does twin flame readings by which time we were in separation phase. My twin flame is an actress who comes back to perform in the town near mine pretty regularly. I went there once to try and see her, but we didn't quite meet somehow. I do remember feeling this kind of heightened excitement when I was there, though. After I left, I found that she was in one of the dressing rooms of the theatre next to the lobby where I was. She is coming back to the same theatre in November/December, so I might go and see if I can meet her!

I was reading about twin flames and it was like reading about moon conjunct moon in astrology - the same thing: people reflect each other, there is an instant recognition, it is easy to be around each other, you understand them very deeply. I come to the conclusion that twin flames have to have some kind of a reflection flow in their chart. Like our Sun and Moon connecting through the Neptune on the Part of Fortune.
