Easiest way to implement this is always adding comments on a Task. If there’s no Task, then use a Chat View. Then a List Comment. Then a Dashboard...etc! ☺️

Great video! I don't agree with rule 4. You can't know when you are going to do all tasks in all your projects. When you would follow the GTD method, there is a very important different between Scheduled tasks and very important tasks that do not have to be completed on a certain date. So I have a prioritized everything view filtered on tasks without due dates, that shows the most important tasks on which I can work on between scheduled tasks/meetings. I am curious what you thing about this Layla.

I have a similar set up. Most tasks I create dont have a due date. I assign a due date when I want to have that task appear in my calendar. The tasks with no due date are things someday/maybe tasks, or some less urgent tasks that I dont want to clutter my calendar with

Good question! Common choices are: 1 - “Idea List” 2 - “idea” as your first (not started) status I use both methods, but #1 is a bit easier in my opinion.
