I'm going twice on my upcoming trip there and they're both half days. I'd pair it up with a park hop to Epcot / Magic Kingdom or just go back to your resort pool after a few hours at HS.

Wolfgang Puck was a disappointment every time I was forced to go there.

The food was never remarkable, barely edible. Not at all what I imagined Wolfgang Puck food to be from years of hearing about him and his work. I had expected food to be above what it was at any ordinary restaurant. Service was always terrible.

Well, I don't really know. It may be like STK where it's toned down during the day, but at night it's pretty clearly meant for adults. I'm not sure how the Disney Springs location will run.
