It doesn't have any negative effect , if the computer logs you out because your time has elapsed that means it submitted for you automatically. But don't rely on the computer try to finish before time submit and log out yourself Thanks

What if your exam time is 7am?

What you should consider is proximity, if it can take you about 30 minuites to get to the exam center then you should consider leaving 6am. if it takes more than that the best thing is to go there a day before the exam and probably stay in a hotel or a relative's place thanks
