Honestly speaking sex education is really very important because earlier when I didn't know about anything.. I just feel shy even in saying the words period, sex etc... But when once I've studied a book about AIDS and sex... I can talk about it freely and make anyone understand about it.... Then I understand that why my Dad always used to tell me that... Education and knowledge gives you confidence about anything...

Sadly we rely on KZbin for Sex-Ed rather than books.
@anharr46622 жыл бұрын
Is it book or video it's always important to choose the to rely on true data /information after all false data and information exist in every medium . There is nothing to be sad about after all these videos can reach to a larger mass than maybe a book can or at times some book can reach larger masses than a video can ,things aren't constant people are always in a rush for better medium and content whether it's social media , newspaper ,tv or books .
@anharr46622 жыл бұрын
More sad thing is that we cannot rely on our parents ,teacher or society for proper sex education ,we are supposed to be brought up in an atmosphere were we are given enough knowledge about our physical changes and sexual behaviour and proper and healthy approach to things related to things related to sexuality and sexual growth in our personal life as well as in social life, unluckily this things are never important to the our parents,teacher or society to teach us or let us have proper knowledge.

I'm not a doctor or bio scientist, but from experience I think masturbating that much times a month is not good. Because, once I've been doing like that. And, everyday life was in a survival mode.😔 And when I stopped it(sometimes once a month), almost everything improved in my life - my physical and mental health, relationship with my partner and others, my professional skills, motivation for goals etc. I don't care if I'll get a prostate cancer but I feel so energetic and happy this way. 😊
