To explain the upgrade rearrangement the devs decided they technically wanted plays to have all the ones that work better in a free roam region like town center first before giving the ones meant for pvp. It’s also technically rearrange to least to most broken. “However I do not know if these changes applied to wizard, wildflower, and tv head since their meant to be unlocked later

One of the devs made a Twitter post about it a few days ago explaining how they actually put thought into what upgrades should be unlocked first for the switch version which is why it changed. That was after I made this video, but I was on the right track
