Part of me wonders if different cultures play a role in the whole "My Way" thing. Believe me ALL the Filipinos sing off-key. Or so it seems. It is the national pastime, but unfortunately neighbors have these very loud machines in their homes, and they use them on high at all times of night. They make the windows rattle in neighbors homes. It is a country of noise, and they are proud of it. It is not just Karaoke It is also the tradition of Disco where the authorities sanction a monthly all night karaoke using truck size industrial sound blasters. They have no respect for people who just want peace and calm.
