5 Days, 750 km: biking through the Netherlands, Belgium and France. Day 3: Charleroi to Lille

Last time I went to Charleroi, it was still one of the most rundown places in Europe. But the city center has since been completely renovated, so I wanted to go and have a look. And then continue to places I either had (Mons and Tournai) or hadn't been before (Lille).
