I noticed you were limping, I'm so sorry you hurt your ankle, prayers it heals fast, and please be careful. Maybe if you have or could find an ace bandage, ( they are stretchy and wrap around your swollen areas to support them, to heal faster) Love your vlogs, thank you so much for sharing

Hey Suzy....I'm a physiotherapist...sorry 4 ur ankle....use ice on it...then try 2 rotate d legs...pls dont use anything hot on it...its a minor strain...so ice park is d best form of treatment....also wen d pain reduces...place ur foot against d wall...add a bit of weight to it...most importantly...use ice pack n rotate d leg in a clockwise and anti clockwise angle. ..tnx..love

Suzy if you want to change up your doughnuts a bit, just leave them whole(no cutting out holes) and after frying you can fill with jam, chocolate cream or custard cream (you can buy the special syringe or pastry fillers or use a piping bag or use a knife to make a small incision then you put in filling either in the side or the top of the doughnuts. The kids love them

love the doughnuts recipe very easy to try n how do you check if the yeast is still alive n can i store my yeast if in a container

To check if your yeast is still alive, put one teaspoon of the yeast in some warm water, together with one tablespoon of sugar. Mix well and leave to stand for about ten minutes. If the yeast is alive, it will start forming bubbles on top. This shows the yeast is "breathing"... Yes, you can put it in the freezer even if in a container. ☺️
