Mam ki PCOD wali diet.Morning main soaked Methi water .Breakfast main Oats ke chille,oats meal, sprouts salad,mid morng mein seasonal koi bhi ek fruit,lunch me oats smoothie with salad without salt,ek roti,kuch sabji kam oil me paka hua noon me kuch nuts aur dinner 6pm se 7pm ke andar ragi soup,oats soup ya ek chilla.Daily 1.30 hr exercise,3-4litr water,Harbek meal ke 30 min k bad 1 glass warm water.
