AU manuals are quite rare too. Where I live AUs are extinct with the cheapest manual Falcon being FG XR6s at around the 15 - 20 K mark, depending on condition.

Depends how they're used, clutch kicking any gear above 2nd is asking for it, some are much better than others tho, as they were built with fairly loose tolerances. Have heard of them breaking going up a hill in 3rd but also have seen the same t5 get 20+ pairs of tyres off the rear, hitting 4th and 5th regularly. They're just a bit funny like that.

How come falcons are so cheap in Australia? In nz 3k you'll be lucky to find a rusty, dinged up, auto with 500000kms on it and manual 7 to 8 for same condition
