I've tried that and it leaves so much paper towel residue all over. I guess it depends on the type of pan and paper towel. I cook in a cast iron pan so it's kind of rough compared to something with a non stick layer

Prayers for a move where everything goes smoothly I can relate moved 36 times everyone of them was an experience with tales to tell. Attitude is your best friend at these times....Brinley will adapt right away with loving parents but it will be a change for her. I am hoping you don't have to clear your government quarters with an inspection they were more stress than the actual move. LOL New adventures await.

We tried the Mississippi pot roast, we used a bone-in beef roast. I forgot the ranch dressing packet but the juice was so goodbye itself we saved it for the next day and made french dip sandwiches with the sauce, very very good both days!!!

Oregano does not go in beef stew but thyme does. I also add Worcestershire and 12 oz of V8 instead of tomato paste. An envelope of Lipton Onion Soup mix and that is how I make my beef stew. I also use Morton's Nature's Seasons seasoning blend which is absolutely awesome!

Made the chicken dish today, was really good. The only thing I would change is either add more chicken broth, and reduce the amount of cheese, so it’s not so thick. I’ll be making it again

I recently found it at the store in the broth aisle. It is in a jar ( refrigerate after opening). They have different flavors. I bought the chicken and the beef. Seriously made the BEST chicken soup and pot roast in the last few weeks. Its a game changer! And a little goes a LONG way! I will miss your kitchen! Crock Pot is actually a brand name, like Ninja, Hamilton Beach etc. Slow cooker is the way it cooks. It’s similar to how everyone calls tissues, Kleenex. But Kleenex is actually a brand name & tissue is the name of the actual item, regardless of which brand it is. Hope this clarifies the question.

After the poor man's stew is done cooking you can add a can of green beans and a can of corn to stretch it even further and it's delicious. Another Edition instead of an extra cup of water you could use a cup of V8 juice.

Great recipes as usual! The lasagna came right on time. My neighbors gave me a large container of ricotta they didn't know what to do with, so lasagna came to mind. I'll share the finished product with them. I'll miss your wonderful kitchen, too, but in my 65 years I've lived with and cooked in at least 16 beloved kitchens. I just tried the creamy chicken and it's great. Instead of Hidden Valley ranch mix I used Wind & Willow Back at the Ranch because it doesn't have any MSG. I left off the bacon this time, but maybe I'll use it when I make it again. I'm looking forward to trying some more of your recipes.

I've never been much of a lasagna fan Especially since one of our local Italian restaurants went out of business a long time ago I did enjoy theirs. I do like lasagna soup though quite a lot I would like to see a recipe for that. I have to try to remember every recipe I want because you can't voice type to get a link to open and I can't hold the pen or hit the link with anything but a knuckle and that doesn't work very often! :-)

I’m making the crockpot lasagna for dinner tonight! It smells sooooo good in my house right now🥰 I hope it turns out as good as yours looks!

@@JuliaPacheco I turned out really good, except it did burn a bit around the edges so I’m wondering if I should cook it for less next time. I cooked it for 4 hrs on low but other than that it was delicious😋

We always called that third one hamburger stew, and added some canned peas and green beans about 30 min before serving
