So! I watched video night before last… and wore the banana clip ‘updo’ to work yesterday. (I normally just pull my hair back and wear it in a single braid hanging down my back. I had so many compliments on my hair yesterday. From coworkers, from people, I didn’t know, it was amazing.😊 so I decided to do it again today with a different style. I hated having to comb it all out and use product, I’ve just never liked that but if it makes such a difference to how my hair looks, I guess I have to get used to it, lol. Yesterday’s style was good but I had not done any of the prep work on it so it wasn’t shiny or well defined as it will be today. Thank you so much for this video.

Thanks for the hairstyle ideas! I was trying to get my hair off face and tried style number 5 today. Took me a few tries, but got it to work and it looks pretty good. I used to use a hair elastic to make a half ponytail and use clips on each side to catch the stray hairs, but this is so much nicer.

I love doing the 3 clip half up half down, it's my GO TO!! I have very curly hair similar to yours, but unfortunately I lost a lot of hair so I'm always looking to plump my curls up and give the illusion of the volume I use to have 🥺 I've been on a healthy hair journey for awhile. I don't know if it'll ever be as thick as it was, but it's gotten better over the past couple of years.

My hair is really frizzy and all my life my mom said that I should just put it in a braid or ponytail when it's short for summer, you barely need anything fancy for these hairstyles and I can't wait to try them for school! Wahoo! You may have saved my wedding day. My hair is thicker and more corkscrew therefore not as long and grows slowly. Wedding is in Asia so I won't have a stylist with me and have struggled go find nice styles Cheers my dear x

The 80s I think when there was shows on like Dallas and Dynasty, big shoulder pads and lovely dresses and suits. I remember Joan Collins having her hair with a banana clip! The smart office look was definitely the look. Not a cardigan in sight 😂

I purchased a big and small banana clip (though different to yours) and every tome I use it you can see a gap from the bottom of my banana clip and my hair where it falls. I am 65 and get compliments whenever I wear my hair in half ponytail/down. My hair is very much like hers but with a few grays. The problem after the hair wash day ,the hair will moisturized that day only after using conditioner and curl definer But on the 2nd day its totally dry and frizzy ,how can i fix these until the next hair wash day
