Hi Jenny! Great question! First of all, remember, CONSISTENCY IS KEY! Beginners, aim for 2-3 days per week-working your way up😊 For intermediate, 3-4 days per week. 💪

I really enjoy all the workouts by all the coaches. It’s so fun and it’s so easy as 10:53 You can fit it in anytime of your day. I would love to see a workout for that bra bulge around the straps. The sides and upper back. Thank you.
