Omg thanks for this insightful information. I live in Chicago IL and I was wondering how or if I could save my carrots to pull them into the winter months. I plant from seed in spring all the way to fall and eat when we need them. I do this in a big flower pot. I'd love to see the fall into winter weather to harvest them for longer harvest time other than just spring summer and fall. Thanks so very much

I was wondering if u could eat the greens too. Now not much will be going to waste other than that I was adding the greens into my compost. Now more will be going in meals and only little in my compost 😊
