Hi EzMeck! I bought a CB300F six months ago. Recently I went on a 1300 km solo ride to Kerala covering 10 days. As you said this is a wonderful bike for touring. I have covered 3500 kms and vibrations are gone. I do not race. Maximum speed is 105 kmph on a open four lane road. Mostly 85 to 95. This bike is smooth and never gave me any trouble. I have installed handle bar raisers from Zana and using Motul. May be i will shift to Idemitsu. I have also installed a fog projector lamp which was very handy in the hills. Also i have installed a SH30 box in the rear, again very useful. I am also planning to install a windshield.

The vibration is coming from the trellis frame, which is light. The handle bar is short as it helps to maneuver the bike much more easily.

Currently I don't have any vibration in my machine. It's completely gone after 10k kms.

I have the same experience as you after the first service with Honda pro engine oil 10w 30 the heating is tremendous and it feels like some of the parts of my bike will melt down after the first service I immediately change the engine oil with motul 7100 10w 40 almost 50% of the fitness and vibration was gone... Right now I am using Castrol power 1 ultimate 10w 40 and its an amezing engine oil it's completely reduce the vibration and the extreme heatness.. but I think in extreme summer condition like 46 or 7 degree Celsius we should upgrade with 10w50. Not only the engine oil Honda bigwing have very bad service... Last time when I am changing my front brake oil i accidentally put air inside the cable... And then I take the bike to Honda big wing Chinar park service centre and they told me that we need to inspect the break line and after the inspection they told me your brake caliper is damaged and gone you need to replace it with new just for the inspection they rs 1000 from me without solving my problem... Then I take my bike to Kolkata Wellington they charge 90/_ from me and take the air out from brake line with the help of break bleeding prosses.. and its starts working like a charm after that I complain that scam to Honda helpline they assure me .. they will look for it and do something about it... But they didn't do anything... Till now it almost 6 months... Honda big wing overall is a big scam

@EzMeck no brother you don't get it . they know how to bleed the brake...but actually they don't want it to...they just want to make money by fooling us.. and replacing our components. Even did you know what they did? 🤣 They completely reduced the freeplay of my clutch liver so my clutch plate can burn themselves in very short time...and .. and I instantly noticed that after a short ride... And fix it on my own.. basically if anyone purchased any bikes from bigwing . Please do not take your bike for service in those bigwing service centres.. if you want long life of your motorcycle..don't think about warranty....

4:20 can you please make a video on foaaming on tank shrouds..... I completely agree with you on hondas 10w-30 engine oil.. I've hornet 160r 10w-30 is overheat the engine... I change it with a 10w-40 few years ago.... After that my hornet 160r's engine much more refine and cooler than previous times...

@@EzMeck My sister's son rev'd the vehicle to full throttle at neutral for 2 to 4 seconds on day 1, and i heard a metal sound from the engine during this. After this incident, It started vibrating a lot and i feel like the crank bearing or piston bearing has damaged. I did not feel this vibration prior to this incident in the morning. Let me know your views.

I don't think 2-4 seconds of revving it in neutral, will cause any permanent damage to the engine of this sort. Watch brazilian ripping this engine off still it holds on like new. This engine is bulletproof. Still if you are doubtful get it checked by a trusted mechanic not bigwing SVC, he will guide you the best.

Man the Honda Pro engine oil is 10w30 more like Activa oil 😂. For bike of this class honda should have opted for the idemitsu standard 10w40 or 10w50. I'm due for my 3rd service and my bike is already smoking hot because of Honda Pro. I'm thinking to get their free labour and get the IRG 7 oil from a vendor and ask bigwing guys to fill it. 😂

Xp 95 is not useful in this vehicle bcoz of the low compression ratio 9.3:1. High octane fuel needs high compression ratio engines like ktm engines, where the ignition happens at high compression timing which results in better combustion and output power. It does not yield and performance rather it delays the combustion. Higher the octane number, there will be delay in combustion until it gets to full compression.

10w 30 is not that good cuz after a 20kms in city i can feel heal in my knee...honda could go for better grade
