I just bought some of these for wheel and carpet cleaning. It makes a huge difference on how much more efficiently you can work. Great video too, keep them coming!

I wouldnt use a lot of downward pressure. If you stretch the upholstery it will look loose and deflated. Just enough pressure to get a good deep cleaning. Make your brushes last longer too.

Just one thing to consider when getting the battery for the drill.. yes going for the longer lasting battery makes sense but with that means bigger battery size. That can tire you out due to the weight if you have to use the drill brush a lot through the day. It may be wise to get multiple small batteries imho. Less weight to handle, drill will feel a bit more nimble in the hand and you will be working with a smaller footprint so it may slightly help when cleaning those awkward spots/angles

Good point also it tends to get hit a lot because of the size.😁

Is it better to spray carpets before to prevent damage
@mobiledetailingsecrets19526 ай бұрын
Spraying carpets with carpet shampoo or an all purpose cleaner will make it more effective in removing any dirt or stains. Just don't overspray that it makes it really wet. Thanks for asking.

What would you recommended for a brand of drill to use with drill brushes.

I've used both Milwaukee and Dewalt brand and honestly they are both ok. I've had some issues with Milwaukee with the battery pack getting loose overtime and with Dewalt's plastic built chipping away once it gets accidently bumped or hit with another object. But I guess these things happen when your in the field and not really paying attention. Right now I'm using a DeWalt and have been using for about six months now. I wrapped the battery pack with a duct tape just to protect it:)

@mobiledetailingsecrets1952 what would you recommend if I'm looking to spend around £50-£80

You just said everything that was common sense 😂😂

They are worth every penny. If you can’t afford a Milwaukee just get a Dewalt. You can get brushless Dewalts with 2 batteries for $100 now that will last you forever. Totally worth it. You’ll wish you’d bought one years ago.
