Which of these 5 are you guilty of? Before I looked into my fertility - I was totally guilty of being a night owl and skipping meals without a second thought!

1. Get to bed early 2. Dont skip meals 3. Reduce coffee/caffeine 4. Too much screentime after dark (altho reading by low light is why I have glasses!) 5. Switching to natural beauty products 6. (Not in the video): Don't use plastics

Thank you so much for your encouragement Bettina. A few of these habits I have beaten over the past few years. But there is definitely still some work to do :) It's 9PM where I am right now, so I am going to shut down my laptop, take a nice warm bath before bed and watch more of your inspiring video's tomorrow!! 🙏🏻

Thankyou for this . I recently turned 41 and earlier this year experienced miscarriage and found your videos so helpful. We are trying to conceive again now as yet no pregnancy. I am a part time carer and those days are full on 7am-10pm and I really feel they affect my whole wellbeing and this video has helped me see this - in terms of nutrition, energy, cortisol, liver function and sleep patterns... the job is beautiful in many ways but I can see how it affects my health. Prior to this I had a very healthy eating and sleep routine established. So it’s got me thinking about how I can manage this. Maybe reducing they days or hours. Luckily part time anyway but still takes its toll. Many thanks for your wisdom ❤️😊🙏

Guilty of not sleeping & using my phone before bed! I've been switching to more natural products over the years due to skin allergies but I know I still use a few things that are name brand due to price, so hopefully I will be switching some things around even more so. I have always been a night owl, my parents never set a bedtime for us growing up (so naturally we'd stay up until 3 or 4 am on a school night or 6 or 7am on the weekend) and I've allowed those habits to follow me into my adulthood. I have struggled w/ it for yrs but hopefully TTC gives me a bit more motivation.

Definitely guilty of too much coffee. But what about alcohol? Would you recommend reducing or even cutting it out completely?

I reduced down to a glass or two occasionally. In balance with everything else I found it didn’t affect me in a negative way. It is definitely an individual choice though.

If you have a history of miscarriage or difficulty conceiving, I would definitely cut way back, if not abstain entirely, since it is a toxin and can harm the quality of your eggs. The egg that is released during ovulation has taken the 3 previous months to “get ready” for release, so your lifestyle can affect your future egg quality. There is a great book I’m reading now called It Starts With The Egg if you want to learn more.

Can I have apple cider vinegar with honey first thing in the morning to detox ? Iv got very tiny fibroids which the doctors said nothing can be done but iv heard acv shrinks fibroids

It’s definitely hard to answer such a big question in a KZbin comment. I’d say that apple cider and water first thing is a great start towards the changes you might have to make. Western medicine may say nothing can be done, but Chinese medicine or even a naturopath will likely say otherwise. I highly recommend going to see someone who can help you make the changes you need.

@@missycp1993 Wow! Congratulations! That’s amazing. In the future if they return I highly recommend serrapeptase. It’s very common to use it in high doses for fibroids and endometriosis. It helped mine and a few others that I know. There is a lot of info on the web. Blessings and light 🙏🌈💜

Maam i wnna know something..i have a pregnancy scare..im 20 days late..im never late.i did beta hcg after 10 days missed period and itwas negetive and a home urine test after 20 days mp.it was too negetive..i feel palpations and nausea..i freakin out...what shoukd i do

Perhaps go and talk to your doctor? They will be able to run some tests.
