It’s funny how As a boy, I like to order hashima for dessert at Chinese restaurant. But I never knew what it was, just thought it was jelly. Only when I was an adult did I realise it’s frog ovaries/Fallopian tubes. 🥴

I love goat’s brain but I only tried the Chinese style. Another exotic food which I love is Shirako (fish sperm). I had it once at a Japanese restaurant.

activity suggestion: - try the taiwanese 卤肉饭 Eat 3 Bowls at Pasir Panjang and after that rent a anywheel bicycle and ride from labrador park to keppel bay via the Bukit Chermin Boardwalk for yachts sightseeing. After that, can try the Ivy's Hainanese Herbal Mutton Soup at Pasir Panjang food centre

Location #1: Goats Tongue? I wonder if the texture is similar to the Pig's one. If you want something even more Exotic, go to Changi Village, you can get goat's P**** and B****. Location #2: I remember this place because I remember watching Anthony Bourdain going there. You supposedly can get a Consult from a TCM Doctor and he will recommend what you should have. Location #3: Crocodile meat is known to be very good for people with Asthma. Location #4: You can actually find Shark Meat at that Hawker. I really hope they are still there. Location #5: Is that a new location for Ah Chew? Looks different from their Bugis and Novena branch.

my exotic food: monkey's brain in hot oil, more than 40 years in Imperial Hotel when they have a 3 days 满汉全席， Bears claw in Harbin braised in oyster sauce, 飞龙鸟 in 大兴安岭, Semi cooked Ant-eater in South Africa.

Goat's brain in kambing soup is nothing, used to eat it even in primary school days. 😁 Turtle soup wise for old timers they believe it will cleanse your blood especially for those who visit prostitutes frequently. Pig's tongue can go 大佬 kway chap stall at blk 93 lor 4 tpy, i believe it's the only kway chap stall in sg offer pig's tongue and taste good too.

When I saw the tiny bird with strings of feather on it after cracking the thing and the eyelids are closed etc, I don’t even want to hold or be near it, let alone drink or eat it!!! That is the most scary food in my opinion! And this goes to show that different people has a weak link on different things. Balut is my Achilles heel!!🥶🥶🥶

I dont even eat any pig/animal organs soup, so not going to try any of these. Am local but am squeamish, the only one I had was Hashima and I don't like it either. I think the most adventurous thing I eat gotta be frog legs and I still feel a bit weird eating it.

I envy Asian night markets. In South Africa its not there due to politics and crime. South Africans are not allowed to enjoy or live their dreams but foreigners are allowed to dominate our country. Annette is very very very brave!!! But try not to eat turtle soup/ meat, it's very bad luck cos turtles are regsrded as celestial beings descendants The most exotic meat I've ever eaten before was dog meat, alpaca penis and whale fat/ meat....in China * urghhh * (we didn't know what meat it was until after we ate it at a lunch hosted by some domestic biz man and officials 😢😅
