Hi I liked your tips especially 2nd, 3rd and 5th one, it cleared my confusion, however when I try to maintain eye contact with someone I start admiring the person's eyes and expression because of which I lose focus on listening and end up thinking what the person was saying throughout the session.

My neighbour girl eye contact 15 to 20 feet more than 1 or 2 min. But No talking . ( Daily or day by day)...this love ?Three months or four months one time talk only ' Hai ' . We tried talking feel uncomfortable.
