Hi Lux. I'm having a hard time with my wand. I think the string holes are drilled dead center, and/or the wand isn't weighted v well. I've tried adding washers of varying amount but it hasn't helped much.. any other advice for that? Tyia if you get to answer.

OK .. I got my Emazing lights Levi wand today and it’s wonky. It does seem to be very off balanced and also the string it’s on just keeps spinning and tightening and just makes everything super hard. It looks like it had a spinner on it though but maybe it isn’t working the way it should? Help! I can barely even do the circle thing 😂

Sooooooo that wand is notoriously not balanced well. If you can, send it back and get something that is has better balance. :(
