Momo Kanjaki I think he's too manipulative to be able to have normal friends. People who associate with him either have to be completely harmless and subservient like Peter or too easy to manipulate like most of the cliques throughout the story, but I honestly wouldn't even count them as his friends. With Peter he can have a subject to his hunger for attention and cruelty, and because he thought Peter was too weak to ever fight back, he felt like he could trust Peter above anyone else and make him his best friend. But he's incapable of associating with people on the same level as him like Jimmy, because the possibility of them not taking everything he says for granted and turning on him soon makes him paranoid, even when said person wasn't even close to thinking that in the first place.

I don't think that Garry is new to the Bullworth Academy. In the "Save Algie" Mission's cutscene, Algie doesn't reffer to Garry as a "new kid" but rather a "sociopath", as if Garry had a long history at Bullworth.

Gary should have stayed Jimmy's friend. He was supposed to stay Jimmy's friend in the game. But instead he double crosses Jimmy when chapter 1 ends. But that is not all. Gary you ex friend turns out to be the main villain of the game. Gary wasn't supposed to be the main villain of Bully. He was supposed to be you friend through out the game originally. The main villain was supposed to be the Principal, Dr. Krablesnich. But no! Rockstar Games just had to scrap this idea. Why Rockstar? Why?

I've just watched a walkthrough of the game (played it when I was younger, but wasn't good enough at English at the time to understand everything the characters said), and on a second look I disagree. Gary is indeed interesting, but he's a hyperactive asshole obsessed with control. Jimmy also behaves more like a jackass than he needs to many times, but he's always honest (usually brutally honest) about everything rather than manipulative, and seeks to take over the school for the greater good: he assumes the responsibilities of a leader and tries to do protect and help the weak, not to mention the ones who choose to follow him. He's far from a perfect person, but he's reliable and capable of handling his own ambitions. Gary is cruel and too unstable all the time, even since his first cutscene.

Damn, hell yeah. Didn't stop to think about it until now. Pinky is spoiled, but at least she was open to getting to know Jimmy and trying something new. Beatrice daydreams too much and too high for her own good, but that's about it, which isn't a bad trait after all. Although she has to notice Bucky is into her. Mandy is a bitch many times (she said it, not me) but she does have a softer and more honest side, not to mention that she's at least aware that she's too mean. Zoe pretty much doesn't have negative traits. Even when she's rude, it's not like she doesn't have a reason for it. But Lola? When she's not seducing random guys purely to get something from them, she's demanding that everyone fights for her, which is the worst type of attention. She's not polite when she doesn't feel like she has to be, she constantly cheats on Johnny, a guy who truly loves her and puts her above everything, but still keeps him close, probably just to feel important because he's the greaser's leader. Gary is not the new kid. After the fight with Edgar he says he hates Bullworth because he was expelled or that his parents couldn't afford to keep him there so he's stuck in the crap part of town, he then mentions Gary to which Jimmy replies something along the lines of "I guess he told you you were going to take over the school or something" To which he replies "Yeah how do you know" leaving Jimmy to add that he told him the same thing. I think Gary has been at the school for at least a year if he stabbed Edgar in the back as well and got away with it.

Ok, I know this video is old but i have to dispute fact number 4. I really dont think that Gary is new at the school at all, in fact i think he has been there for some time. He often refers to Pete as the "dorms mascot" and seems to have a very thorough knowledge of the different cliques that exist as Bullworth. eh, i always figured the "new kid" line was talking about jimmy.. i mean ok that's not jimmy's plan, but just sounds like exposition as he ultimately does need to "rule" (even in a nice way) in order to win the game. anybody who's been to school knows a rumor doesn't need to be based in fact.

The idea that Gary is a brand new student is simply wrong. There's no way he'd know as much about the school as he does if he had just gotten there plus other characters like Algie know him well enough to know he's a sociopath and that's ignoring the fact that he's apparently been there long enough to have been put on medications and then proceed to stop taking them.

It could meant that he were like idk,one or two weeks earlier at the school than jimmy.but that would also must meant that he knew pete before school,because gary seems to know alot about pete and much more comfortable with him than jimmy.i mean gary is the type of guy who goes around the school and just gets the most information out of people

How can Gary start on the same day as Jimmy? Gary knows about all of the cliques and around the school, so he would obviously not be a new student. Also, Edgar said that Gary tried to persuade him to take over the school, but Edgar isn't in school as the same time as Jimmy. So he was with Gary before.
