I want to add just a schmeckle of seriousness to this video. Recently, I went on a rampage collecting a ton of information about fates. Growths, classes, skills, pairings and so on. Basically everything that Mangs said in his video was just entirely wrong. Hana is actually an insane unit. Basically a villager that doesn’t have the worst stats in history to start. Significantly better than Hinoka. Silas has access to three of the best skills in the game. 2 are on his cav path and then can get sol later on. An amazing friendship to anyone who doesn’t have cav access for outdoor fight (95% of the game can be played on empty tiles), azura shelter pass double dance strats are game breaking. Bowzu is indeed insane. As we saw, she had 100% strength growths for all levels on mangs first run AND early access to quickdraw while passing on aptitude to a child? Simply amazing. I hope for his next run he takes Hana, Mozu, Oboro seriously for being top tier units. That being said, yes, birthright cast is just generally worse than conquest in nearly every way. To be fair, ninja is one of the best classes in FE history imo.

@ ok? Let's seeee: -9 hp, +3 str (+1 with Bushido factored in), +1 mag, +6 skl, +0 spd, -6 lck, -4 def (-6 with Bushido), +6 res (+4 with Bushido). Sure look like worse stats to me. Also good luck getting her to 20/4 by chapter 14. That will not happen.

@levobertus did you actually use her 20/4 averages, because that's what i used lol It doesn't matter if you can get her to 20/4 or not, if you're going to compare units do it fairly

@@mysmallnomanok apparently the reply didn't send because it contained a link. I used the github averages calculator. But aside from that, "fairly" comparing them does her no favor here, because there's no way in hell she will be anywhere near 20/4 by the time Ryoma joins (more like 15, maybe 17 base if we're generous) and even then, she wins by a point of str and 6 skl effective res, but Ryoma just absolutely dunks on her bulk and lck. It's even worse when you consider the upcoming maps and the endgame stats and caps, because Ryoma will still win out against her despite his worse offensive growths, purely because he has better stat distribution and a personal skill and weapon that effectively give him +2 in relevant stat caps and free avo, dodge and 1-2 range. Also I think I slipped in the spd column (Hana has 28) when comparing but it's not like she's going to need that. The only speedy enemies are the ch21 Master Ninjas and the Kana paralogue SMs. And Ryoma has no trouble doubling them and gets more avo from Raijinto. The same kind of goes for res because only chapter 16 has mages and they have piss poor mag anyway. So like, the only thing that matters here is bulk, which Hana has none of, and eventually caps, which Ryoma has better ones. Like what's the benefits here? Slightly better str and more ste growth compares to a unit that 1 or 2 shots everything? Meaningless. 4 more speed at the same level compared to a unit that already doubles everything? Doesn't matter. 6 more skl compared to a unit that already hits 100 hit on near everything? Whatever. -8 hp -6 def? That one definitely hurts your viability.

@levobertus i already said the whole comparison is unfair but whatever Also regarding her bulk you can easily reclass her to a bulkier class and give her paid up and tonics and stat boosters, it's so easy to fix units weaknesses in fates games as long as they don't have bad stats like rev ones
