I want the pre-game intro for the offline modes to at least show the goalie introduction again and have more save replays and the 3 stars cutscene from NHL 11 back and that the players in the pre-game intro finally come out of the props again like in NHL 14, e.g. the San Jose Sharks.and for the gameplay I wish that we finally get more skating and stick animations a mix of nhl2k10 and nhl 14 would be good

more on franchise stuff: 1:Moving locations while keeping the team theme. 2: Minor team uniform changes being an option with similar scrutiny as changing location (OG6 and some older teams would likely not change their primaries). 3: Possible AI team changes within reason (with expansion teams facing possible location changes or disbanding at approx 5% and 1% rng after a significant number of years missing the playoffs. Also once a team has disbanded, the chance of a new team entering the league would be 35% rng the first year, then drop to 15% the next year, and finally increasing by 5% every new season without 32 franchises.)

mh NHL be a pro was 16, drafted 2nd round as a dman to cgy. made nhl debut immediately. Within days i was getting demands to score goals, and take double digit shots, what kinda crazy world would a player tell their teammate to take double digit shots? let alone a 16 year old rookie in the NHL. I just wish we can play in the CHL, get drafted then continue in the CHL. + more customization options for players when creating them (adding old stats, draft position, NMC, etc)

be a pro should have a highlights mode or something where you can play your highlights or important moments in your career, i think NFL or NBA has something similar.

i somehow found 24 HARDER. like previous games i could play semi-pro and pro mode and have a challenge but still win. playing 24 even on semi-pro i can't win a single faceoff so i feel like i have to play on rookie to win any faceoffs whatsoever but then the rest of the game is also super easy. I also play franchise mode exclusively. i just wish they'd add more options, what if i want bigger trades, why am i limited to 5 pieces? what if i want 5+ piece trades. give me option for 3 way trades, conditional draft picks, etc. give me option to terminate a contract, in season buy outs. like stuff that happens in actual nhl

@@Zayloxithe just gotta hold right stick to left or right and watch the refs hand. When the hand starts its movement pull down and hold the right stick

I don’t see improvement happening until there is a serious competitor tbh. If there was a competitive market I would never go back the EA personally even if it got better because they have fucked us over many times and don’t care about massive improvement

I don't know how franchise mode is lacking the most basic data and statistic tracking. You can't even look at anything from past games, let alone in depth individual player data. CPU GM's need in-depth logic to tell them how to rebuild or go all in. There are no Player Development tools. The presentation never acknowledges when Milestones are hit. It's just so completely soulless and lacks communication with the player. And it'll never change because significant portion of the player base only cares about Hut or cheesy things like Winter Classic above those other much-needed basic features. Oh and commentary. What a hideous state its in.
