great video as always ramsey, i would suggest trying out a fragrance called the scent of banat from wesker perfumes. its a artistic perfume that kind of reminds me of jubilation 25 if it had less resins but the animalic/green(moss) notes were bumped up. it smells like a village with raspberry bushes and animals. i wish i wasn't so far from you i could have sent you a sample.

OMG, I loved this video and I do like the Scented Moments guy from Portugal and his background music. I also really like Sebastian and his knowledge of so many perfumes. I know this is from a year ago, but all my newer Dior bottles: Homme Original (black stem), Homme Intense, and Homme Cologne 2013 all have the Dior logo on the bottom of the stem. It's just very very hard to see. Haha

You're absolutely right. It's subpar and what's worst, they're asking for ridiculous money and doesn't last more than 20 minutes. Wish I was kidding.

Thanks man ... that Russian Oud is a special one... maybe one of the most special as it cant be recreated ... although i enjoy wearing many of his other fragrances just as much like Siberian Musk & Ottoman Empire & Antiquity & War and Peace... they are all just amazing and as a true fragrance lover who wants to smell REAL oud and Sandalwood and Musk and Ambergris and Rose there is really no better bang for your buck... Areej le Dore & Bortnikoff & Ensar Oud are the places to look 😊

Did you notice that POLO Red sample is "EDP". I actually like the EDT (that is the one that came out in 2013, the EDP was released in 2020) it has lavender, sage, coffee berries (what coffee beans are the seeds of) citron and is nowhere near as sweet as the EDP. Just thought you should know...not all teh Polo Reds are bad EXTREME is ebony wood coffee and blood orange a really GREAT scent...but, to each his own! smell swell & be well! xox

Hey ram , for the rare and discontinued fragrance that you own like door homme silver stem, since it's limited and you love it , do you even still use it ? If you're like for example only had 1 bottle of it, i think this is very hard topic for me to buy any fragrance thats rare and become expensive since perfume are consumeable

Yes I absolutely use all my frags.. even the rare and hard to find ones as thats the whole point of having a collection is to wear them & create memories in them. Would I love to have back up bottles sure... but once I use it all I figure I will just wear something else. Thats the way i view my frags... they are there for me to use and enjoy

@@RamseytheRam that's a relieving answer!😃, this topic booggled my mind for so long and everytime i want to spray a frag that i love that I don't have a backup bottle yet (basiclally all my fragrance 😂) i felt REALLY guilty.. even if it's just 1 spray to please myself in the house 😅 I keep on experimenting on how much to spray and where to always get the scent to reach my nose (so that i can smell the scent bubble all the time) do you have a specific spray routine for your moderate-above avarage sillage frag? Do you count your spray or just don't care how many and overspray? Love the feedback!😇

@@powdmizu6379 i will usually do one spray on each side of the neck and then I like to spray the top ofy heads to get a good feel of the scent... so i will do 2 or 3 sprays in one spot on my left hand to start the day ... and then when I do my refresher sprays in the middle of the day I will hit my neck again and then do 2 or 3 sprays on my right hand... that way I can get the opening again and still have the dry down on my left hand 😊

It took me a few years to really appreciate, and now prefer the silver stem. I have 3 bottles and I'm always looking for more. My absolute favorite. It makes me feel comfortable and confident. Now that I have L'instant de guerlain, just for a few weeks now, I can say it's a close second. They don't smell similar but they have a shared feeling or texture in my opinion.

Totally agree with you on both points...the silver stem is the masterpeice of the Dior Homme line although I also like DHI & the Dior Homme Parfum. Dont forget L'Instant de Guerlain Pour Homme EDT & LIDGE competed against Dior Homme in 2005 and 2006 and they were two of the biggest designer names in the mens game at the time... they do a share a texture and even share that cacao note... honestly I love them both 🤌🤌🤌

And one i disagree on, i do enjoy le male but i used it in my late teens and got memories with it, bit like Joop homme, both not great frags anymore but need them around LOL

Haven't touched mine in at least a year cause it's only a 50 mL and I don't wanna run out. What's crazy is that the original formulation of 24 gold - right before it started getting hyped - probably got me more compliments than any other fragrance before that combined. 🤣 Not a bad designer amber-vanilla combo and probably the reason I began to layer. Haven't smelled any of the flankers except for Ice Gold which was ok. Kind of a 2-hit wonder brand.

I heard the original 24 was a compliment beast and Jeremyfragrance hyped it up at one point...that Cesars Legendary Cologne is AMAZING I wore it to bed and it put me on my a** I also wore New West to bed on the other arm and even it isnt to shaby.. instantly one of my favorite "Acquatic" Scents

I actually cant stand that lipsticky Iris in perfume. I prefer orris. I have amazing fragrances with orris and they don’t smell lipsticky. Ughh lipstick is nasty smelling to me. I love it all. I wouldn’t say I hate any fragrance genre. I too love animalics most and I search and buy vintage and discontinued fragrances. I do however hate fecal nasty stinky Oud. Good and great Oud isn’t fecal and nasty smelling , thats cheap low quality garbage Oud. And with Oud being so extremely expensive, why would anyone buy that garbage Malle sells . And its crazy expensive garbage. For pretentious ppl who don’t know shit and think they’ve suddenly important just because they stupidly wasted thousands on garbage perfume . There are very few frags I actually like from Malle. And don’t get me started on that delusional greedy ROJA with his crazy wayyyy overpriced fragrances. They only get away with charging those prices because they know that there are some idiots out there who will pay it. Even if I was a billionaire I wouldn’t pay their crazy high prices. There are awesome small Niche perfumers who are just as good if not better than ROJA . And the prices are very affordable. Because I don’t care how much they justify it, no perfume should ever cost more than $400. And I only say $400 coz if its a 120ml bottle, then I can see it costing a bit more.

I did an interview with Russian Adam you should go watch... i agree with most of what you said but you are wrong on the oud part... oud can smell like anything... there are some cheap ouds that smell clean and crazy expensive ouds that smell fecal... it all depends on where the tree was grown, whether it is plantation or wild etc...I would urge you to watch those videos... there is an entire playlist titled Interviews 🙏

Been through this era of Coco, Scala, Fendi, Diva while they're trending. They had the same vibe but the first perfume by Fendi is the one that puts a smile in people's faces magically but beware of a current edt reformulation in light coloured juice which is bad liked current Paloma Picasso 🤔 prices in Enchante is steep for this one .☝️💪👍
