I love Terre d'Hermès too. I'm a great fan of Jean-Claude Ellena's work. He's my favourite nose so far. There is something really classy and minimalistic in his approach that I love. Other fragrances that I love for men are Chanel Allure homme sport extreme, Dior Ambre nuit, Tom Ford Ombre leather, Guerlain le Frenchy, Jo Malone White Moss and snowdrop, Maison Margiela Jazz club, Chanel Jersey ... There are so many that it's hard to choose ! 😅

I love your picks and agree with most of them, being a huge fan of both TdH and the Dior Homme line. Sycomore smells like a better quality and more complex Encre Noire, in the best way possible. I wonder what you think about the Dior Fahrenheit line? It's quite a classic, I find it just so unique

I have Dior Homme Intense, Tuscan Leather, Terre d'hermes and Halfeti......we both have good taste! I didn't like Layton though. It had a menthol smell to me. Do you know where in London can I try Sycamore and Coromadel?

Of course you do have 4 Chanel boutiques where you can go : covent garden, Spitalfields and st pancras otherwise you have Harrods and Selfridges !

Vetiver scents are hit or miss for me. I don't like the dirty vetiver fragrances (like Encre Noir ) or Guerlain (too old man-ish), but Tom Ford's Grey Vetiver and Comme des Garcons 2 MAN are amongst my most worn and favorite scents. I'm also a fan of Terre d' Hermes but I don't find myself reaching for it too often. Never tried Sycamore because it's discontinued and very expensive.

Your choices differ to other females that I personally know. I think thats because you are a more of a fragrance connoisseur than the average female. Most woman like fresher, lighter, shower gel type fragrances, and you like darker, heavier, spicer fragrances. What is your opinion of Bleu De Chanel EDP, and Chanel Allure Sport Extreme? and which one is your favourite, if you had to choose one?

I did and I still prefer the classic Eau sauvage, I found the composition more interesting ! It was more powdery and tends to develop warmer with the time

Very good selection, I tried terre and its nice but get tired of it, its too strong and cause me headaches, Killian Dark Lord its very similar and doesnt bother me like terre.
