Great vid. Videos about lesser known frags are interesting to me. Also Joy Amin covers many rarities. Frag prices is are so much marketing it’s crazy.

Humbled to be mentioned!!! I am amazed by the response Ive got from the Ferraud. It's a virile masculine scent. It's not sweet or gourmand. It's sour musky aromatic and totally opposite of what is in trend. This is not for everyone and is a fragrance that you have to wear with confidence and presence or it will not shine properly. I'm not a vintage collector just someone who wants to smell good and found it accessible and affordable to give it a try. Hint. Smells better to those around you. Would loove to see more of these rarely talked about fragrances but that are still around. There are many good houses or simply singular gems that are left by the wayside and are forgotten and dumped on the clearance bins of the world. Thankful for what you are doing on your channel

The slanty shanty! LOL OMG Chris, I've been a fan of Pleasures since '98 (basically a nectarine fabric softener) and I still have a vintage bottle. So when I saw that blue gradient bottle with that iconic bulb cap beside you, I knew EXACTLY what it was. Hahaha! Fantastic to finally get someone's take on it. I didn't know it was so different! Although, I think we don't hear about it very often because of its poor accessibility - it's quite difficult to find here in North America, the value is rather low and people rarely associate Estee Lauder with products for men......and the 5th Element! What a great name! Btw, I burst out laughing when you yelled at that guy. Awesome.

I’m finding myself turning to my older first acquisitions because let’s face it today’s offerings are just crowd pleasing safe Tonka non lasting ambroxan messes. Today I wore yatagan which confirms the old stuff is the best. Well done you

Very interesting...I have Pleasurers for Men and don't wear it often because it's not a favorite, but a good friend gifted it to me many years ago so I'll keep wearing it once or twice per year for the rest of my life. Pleasurers Intense sounds much more interest to me so I'll have to check it out. The other one that interested me was Lancome Miracle Homme L'Aquatonic and the Homme version as well. As for brilliant fragrances that nobody talks about....two come to mind: Balenciaga Ho Hang Club and Maxim's Pour Homme. They are simply fantastic IMO. Cheers!

Please see if you can do a review of Macassar by Rochas? I got it in 1982 or so when it came out, and still have it, and the after shave (2 bottles of each) and it's incredible and like nothing out there today. If you like the old ones, this one, sir, will blow your mind.

Good call on NIKE man 5th element. I just picked it up for $25.00 at my local shop. You can’t beat it for the price, and it does last all day. Also I know you like your vintage fragrances so here’s the website. Sweetbabyperfumeplus. It’s located in Cranston, Rhode Island. And like I always say keep the videos coming. Your the best Chris.

Hi, I've just discovered your chanel, like your work a lot, I've just ordered Nike Man 5Th Element 150 ml plus deodorant 200 ml for 13 euros, look forward the arrival to share your appraisal Not able to found any review or evaluation, my first blind purchase because of you! Cheers
@marr58456 жыл бұрын
By the way, thanks to your review I could remember one of my first fragances, I guess I wore a pair of bottles of Elements Aqua by Boss in my late twenties, recently tested the Bottle Intense edp by Boss but found it very annoying...

I've just received the package and put on my arms, found it very interesting, not similar to any I own, not beast mode but tasteful... After seeing your review in fragrantica I'm tempted to go for Nike The Perfume Man for 12 euros but could you tell me if it is different enough? I would like to get an affordable forest green fragrance...any suggestion? This noon I've tested in my arm CH Men Prive which I don't like much for I only get a simple leather... Cheers
@marr58456 жыл бұрын
Just out of coincidence this noon in the other arm I've tested Tommy by Tommy Hilfiger that I feel nice but too gentle, maybe I liked better Eau de Rochas pour Homme that I tested a few days ago because of you, and I guess is in similar class...and I've just come across your enthusiastic evaluation of Tommy Citrus Brights which is online for 20 euros in tester form...do you think is top in that class of fresh citrus uplifting?
@marr58456 жыл бұрын
The closest I remember to Nike Man 5Th Element is Dunhill Icon from testing weeks ago, do you agree is there similarity?
