Great video. Very informative. I have a few questions for you if you could please try to address them in your upcoming videos. 1. Can we take the NCA before completing/starting our LLM? 2. The process of getting an articleship takes about a year, is that correct? Is it advisable to start applying for one as soon as the LLM program starts? 3. Yes, the exams can be written online now. I would still recommend checking the NCA website because they keep updating their exam writing procedures due to covid-19.

Great videos there, very helpful.. however, I'd like to understand when a memo is used or when does IRAC come into play.. are these formats Subject specific? As in, is it that IRAC is used for Consti while a memo for Foundation.. am I understanding it correctly?

Thank you for such kind words. You are only supposed to write a memo when the examiner asks you to write one. For instance, the question will say something like 'Write a memo on..' Lastly, IRAC method is used for fact based questions. For instance, if you look at Canadian Constitutional Law NCA sample exam most of the questions are fact based. Hope this helps! Happy to answer any more questions you might have.

Hi - Where did you get your law degree from? Do you have a qualifying law degree? A qualifying law degree would allow you to practise law in the jurisdiction where you studied. Please take a look at this link: nca.legal/process/self-assessment/ Lastly, you can email the NCA for further information. From my experience, they usually respond fairly quick.
