The problem with iim ahemdabad course is that it shows free on their website but when you enroll it redirects you to coursera and it asks you money, then why mention free in the first place, stupidity

Same here took commerce in 2010, did bba in 2014 and almost 6 years wasted in BPO sector doing chat, voice and u.s property and casualty insurance and left 4 years changes multiple work. Resigned from last BPO job wherein I used to get 65K per month due to stress and anxiety, rotational shift, bus naukar or gadhe bn gye thy. Jobless from past 4 months. Koi idea nhi kya krna hai. Technology mai interest hai. Koi suggestion de skta hai, bba pta nhi kya soch kr kra tha. Please save me.

The course you have mentioned here, the one offered by Google, there is no certificate issued, they have told me that there is no such scenario. I have completed all its tests with 100% accuracy, but still no certificate. also, the course from IIM-A's Professor Pankaj Setia, I have completed its first week curriculum, but when I visited their quiz sections, they asked for a subscription to submit the responses, and without subscriptions, there is no option for helping us in submitting the test to get an evaluation. There is knowledge but no certificate (without payments). More research is required before uploading such videos bcz Most of the students will enter just by hearing that it is free and with certificates, and after wasting their time, they will get to know that "It's a lie".

No, it's important to learn them before getting into a B-school. I am not sure if these are even required in order to get a job in data consulting as consultants (at least in their first 2 years) don't use these tools much. I feel it will be better to talk to someone on LinkedIn who is working in this particular domain.
