Hired workers automatically resume work upon loading into save game. Just a small improvement that may go unnoticed.

Agreed, Its so cool.

Something small that has thoroughly impressed me is the new planting textures for crops like maize, soybeans and sorghum. The headland rows now run the direction they were planted in instead of the generic row directions of 22. Not a huge change but a massive visual improvement

That is a really nice little addition. Very much overlooked as well

The autumn effects are nice as well. Wish you could sit on a bench or chair and enjoy it.
@SimulationForTheNation29 күн бұрын
That would be cool! Just sit there and watch the even draw in, or the hired worker work the field.

I love the fact that the contracts are only part of a task now, such as just mowing or just bailing, just cutting trees, rather than having to do the whole lot every time, very good addition more realistic.
@SimulationForTheNation29 күн бұрын
Thats massiv for me. Means you can buy a single piece of equipment and make money off it. Also sometimes you didn't want to mow, tedd, rake, bale a cart hay away.

Oh you figured out how to use the pressure washer, good stuff! Can I ask, what was the problem initially & how did you solve it? Tia SFTN

I have more i have seen in the rain The tail lights will reflect in the puddles, and the trucks are slower on field ground, especially plowed fields

Speaking of the pressure washer, you can now drive it around. I found that out by accident.
@SimulationForTheNation29 күн бұрын
I just wish mine would work. But i do like that you can push into a shed out the way.

@SimulationForTheNation that's where mine is currently sitting lol.

The AI worker and GPS is a great improvement
@CptAngelKGaming29 күн бұрын
Except they constantly fail or overcomplicate the simplest tasks costing you time, frustration and money. Leaving spaces undone, doing double work over the same space for no reason, using only 10% of the implement width, getting stuck in circles doing elaborate shapes on headlands when harvesting green beans etc. It's a nightmare to deal with. We should at least have the option of the classic worker system.

😂 lay off the crack pipe...the AI sucks
@lindahartley696629 күн бұрын
I meant the AI traffic more than the workers because they're a bit more sensible
@SimulationForTheNation29 күн бұрын
I think the AI worker is good, There are always issues with it, But so far I've not had too many concerns.
@BigBudzGaming19 күн бұрын
@@CptAngelKGamingi think there absolutely useless. What was wrong with just having them go up and down? Now they stop start and give up, don’t even bother trying to harvest veg, you have to drive beside the dipshit constantly

I was under impression that feeding silage was possible since always. I have been doing that pretty much since FS17 since i rarely do TMR. Did not do animals in FS15 and i dont even remember much of that game at this point anyway.
@SimulationForTheNation29 күн бұрын
negative on the silage front. Unless you had a mod included. It drove me crazy.
@Raven77777777777777729 күн бұрын
@@SimulationForTheNation Nope. I was right. Just tested it on fresh install of FS17 with only 2 mods to buy fruits and to buy bales and i can feed silage no matter if it's bulk or bale.
@SimulationForTheNation29 күн бұрын
@Raven777777777777777 perhaps on FS17. But I am fairly sure you can't on any other more recent version. I can't rember a thing about fs17. Haven't played it since 19 came out.
@nicz769426 күн бұрын
Silage feeding has always been a thing since atleast FS15. Its been in FS17 and FS19 aswell with minor changes here and there. ONLY FS22 had it different so FS25 is basically going back. Silage had the same poductivity as Hay in FS19 which is 60%, TMR only had 80%. The additional 20% came from Straw (10%) and keeping everything clean (another 10%). In 15, Silage was as good as grass so it was basically almost useless unless you did TMR.
@Coaltrain87.26 күн бұрын
Could feed straight silage in every one I played all the way back to 13

One thing i really dont like about fs25 and it feels like downgrade compared to fs22 is the clouds...in fs25 they look like they have inverted shadows

All of these "features" are nice addition to the game... but out of 5 of them, only first one is actually related to the gameplay... everything else is just visuals, nothing more. Don't get me wrong, they are really really nice and welcome.. but this is what Giants is doing all the time.. trying to sell the "picture" of farming.. not actual farming.. not a single proper improvement was given related to their bare bones seasons implementation.. none... we got baby animals.. but that's it.. they don't mean anything in terms of gameplay.. they are here for the visuals only... almost everything is just "visual" with almost no gameplay improvements... we got few new crops which are basically reskins of old ones... even though community always asked for more old equipment, we even got less equipment in general... GPS works even on very old machines under the excuse that it was "retrofitted"... how hard can it be to implement option to actually buy GPS?.. this is just pure laziness... there are (AGAIN) so many missed opportunities... but why would the bother?.. it's not like they have market competition (for now)....
