Have driven a similar Martin Evans loco also 7818 and found it to be one of the best performance scale locos.

It's a beautiful locomotive. Did you build this model? Are the casting and plans from Reeves. The reason I ask is I'm thinking of a locomotive to build and I have a boiler book by Alec Farmer in which the Torquay Manor boiler is mentioned.
