I research AI rather deeply, have long history in SciTech and business, now retired. I was rummaging around looking for real estate AI applications for a friend in the business, found a lot, including MIT programs that interest me. But this one is the best of the best. He knows the real estate business, understands the applications and how to use them. You would've needed a staff and expensive services to do what Jimmy is teaching: you can do it on your own with a huge increase in productivity. Kudos. (And, no, I'm not a shill or a bot, I'm not even a realtor, but I know good business strategy when I see it)

I think that would be great, but AI will have difficulty building the relationship, trust and comfort that having a professional agent provides for buyers and sellers in my opinion.
