Citizens will even comment on the cat suit with different lines depending if you’re still wearing it or not. I think it only happens after the first few times you’ve worn it though.

Hi, at that time, it was possible, maybe they patched it but only in some places you can swing go to the end part and you should be able to do it there.

Hi! All you need is to go to options, restart a mission, and it'll take you out of this place. then abondon the mission.

I tried to do the mall glitch but when I got to the same part you abandoned the mission it would not pop up. I tried to see if there is another open part of the mall chase to abandon but it did not work. Help

So you stucked there? restart the mission then abondon at the beginning, it seems it happens after recent updates, someone else also had the same issue.
