I think you touched on this a bit but i believe you have to be careful with bahia/bermuda as far as letting it get too mature. The total grazing seems to be a better approach to keep nutrition/ palatability up. Jim is used to working with those grasses and Greg is not. Neither is wrong but the difference is in the context.
