Hi mam My son is 2.4 years old He is not speaking.... Doctor (pediatrician) advised for zero screen time for atleast 3 months .... Now it's been 1 month with zero time... We can see many visible improvement in him now.. He tells Words like car, train , amma, appa, auto, aeroplane, apple ...so some unclear words.... He do's actions for everything... His play school teachers tells positive about him....( He will speak don't worry....)like that.... He is having more interest in books now Does he needs any therapy...pls reply

Don't force him if he is showing gradual progress. Wait for 3 months as your doctor suggested. If he doesn't start speaking in sentences, you should definitely consult a Speech Therapist
