I love the concept of one little daily toward your goal. Sometimes I do get stuck in the big picture and fear paralyzes me.

And that happens to all of us, Valerie! Small actions are definitely the way to go. We think you'll love this video on how to turn fear into action: kzbin.info/www/bejne/n5e2h4OQl9KpbZo ❤

Thank you so much for this eye opening video. I especially loved the bit about shifting from a victim mindset where we are unable to take personal responsibility for our lives, to a creator mindset that allows us to embody the growth mindset and actually take steps towards what we want to achieve. Having a dream is not enough, we need to find ways to work towards achieving them. More often than not, we keep hitting roadblocks along the way. That doesn't mean that its time to abandon the dream, it just means its time to find a new path towards it:) Thank you!

I'm learning to coach new caseworkers and investigators for Child Protection Services. Part of the focus is supposed to be on a growth mindset and this video brought this concept into perspective for me. I will talk with my clients about life happening to them or through them and talk about a plan to take little bites until they have grown into the position. Thanks for the free content!

Thank you for the great advice on fixed mindset. I have one client that is there. She keeps saying “At my age, it’s too hard to change. “ These questions will help me with exercises I have planned for her to take the reins of control.

Hi, it went really well. She was surprised to see that she had such a fixed, aged mindset. She wondered why I never told her before ( we are extremely open with our sessions) I told her it wasn’t for me to point it it but for her to discover it on her own. The game I made helped her get there quicker but with a huge aha moment. I will do this exercise every time I discuss mindset with other/new clients. I get a kick out of the facial expressions when the clients mind clicks😃👍

Brilliant as always Ajit! I would like to add this to enable a growth mindset, if a person has over the years taken cared to live off, off very little -less or no appreciation, less food, less leaning into temptations of any kind- then that person ought to be able to take on just anything with equanimity and poise, ditch the heavy emotion in a fraught situation and retrieve the lesson therein…

I found lots of value in this video. I will start asking me randomly if I am growth mind-set oriented or fixed mind-set oriented. Questioning like this helps me. I tried this thing earlier when I wanted to be happy always and in between I was dipping low. I started asking this question to myself- Karun Are you happy at this moment and the instantaneously smile appeared on my face. Thank you Ajit.

Hi Ajit. New subscriber here. I am a homeschooling mom to ages 7 and 2. Just recently, I felt that I want to be a Life Coach but focus more on kids. You think at what age can we start coaching kids? I am about to start my Diploma in Life Coach Course. Fun fact: So as to avoid information overload and confusion on methodology and approach, I opted to subscribe to just 1 channel and that's your channel. Now I'm getting hooked to your video uploads and I'm learning a lot.

As a "New Coach" I feel like there is a question in my life around health that I need to ask. I am very growth oriented except when it comes to my health and my weight. I am short in stature and I think I have a fixed mindset around "I will always be overweight". That is not a truth. That is a self fulfilling prophecy. I come up with plans and then I don't follow through. If I can coach myself through this, make a plan and then create small steps to work toward the outcome I really want then I know I can coach others who have a belief pattern that is constraining them.
@mindvalleycoach10 ай бұрын
Amazing insight, Catherine! Seems like you know just what to do to get out of that fixed mindset and help others to do the same ;) We're rooting for you!
