Exalt mlynar need max pot atleast for max damage and the dp due to dp cap. The rest wants their p4 for damage

It's not even the hardest stage. Talulah second boss fight on challenge mode is way harder than this random level

Its not that the stage is hard and more that the boss is the single msot annoying enemy in the game
