I observed that year by year love between my mom and dad is getting low. I watch this thing since I was 10 years. Conflicts and battle between mom and grandma where dad always stay quiet, not to support the right thing and not to find a middle ground way to close the Conflicts. My mom affection and love towards father getting low. It affects the relationship from long time ago.

There are many excellent points covered here like self - love, appreciating your partner, solving your problems yourself etc.I really appreciate this video. Its very elaborated in simple words. Please keep on making more videos like this.please make a separate video on how can women keep their own identity even after marriage and take time to love themselves. This line really touched me that women forget living for themselves after marriage. Its a bitter truth that some of them even forget the name of their favourite colour or favorite dish. They live just for their families.Self- pampering is also just like a tonic for our mental health. Please make a video on these topics in future.Love from USA.

Summary: 1. Don't pretend to be someone else (be yourself) 2. Accept each others, differences and solve your problem together (don't include the third person) 3. Discuss with each other ( if you don't want to discuss face to face use you phone to write sorry messages, emoji or you can write quotes) 4. Never forget your mental health or yourself in a relationship, take care of yourself first by doing your passion or doing anything you like , this is called self-love (if your happy then you can make someone else happy in a relationship) 5. If your relationship crashes try to fill it up by reward and punishment ( if you start arguing try to do something good together which increases your relationship bank balance and then your relationship bank balance adds up a lot of memories together which makes you hard to argue or even think about if he or she loves you or not)

You're really great and so much understanding in regards to human emotions. The way you highlighted the clarification on self love made me stop the video appreciate and I'll resume again. Thanks to both of you for the clarity and guidance. I'm really struggling. I hope I can be strong enough. I'm trying to gather every little motivation. I guess I'm suffering from loving oneself but I will not give up. Thanks again!
