Time management is something I found very challenging during my practice as an interior designer. It’s a skill that is very crucial as well. Love your content and specially the practical knowledge about this exciting profession 😊👍🏻

Hi I'm Shushu from South African. I just wanted to say how much i appreciate you videos. They have helped & inspired me in many ways. I was also wondering if you've ever considered being an interior architecture? I think you'd be GREAT at it .

Hi Shushu, thanks! I am happy you like the videos, yes actually in the beginning I didn’t know if I should study Interior architecture or interior design. I eventually choose interior design and I really love this career. Cheers!

@@aandreatru you’re welcome Andrea 😘 You make a very valid point about understanding the culture and or city or country you are designing within. I learnt this when was in China for one year. How they use there spaces very different to the west. For example the open plan living in the west, in China this not so much. We will spend the price of cad or more on our kitchens, kitchens in China are more about function and not how much money spending on it. That’s not to say of course our kitchens or not functional but I think you know what I mean 😉😊

Sorry Rhys was meant to be a ‘car’ not cad when talking bout price of kitchens this predictive text 😛

@@andrewfitch1104 yeah totally different from the west, and you have a point, spaces in China for example are all about maximizing the use of spaces, here is important too, but we still see rooms that are not being maximized, ie. large formal dining rooms used only in Christmas (nice but not very functional). Its interesting. Cheers.
