My English improved over the years, even though I don’t live in a country where English is spoken. I practice meditation, yoga, and write down my blessings and journey, and I listen to affirmations every morning, all in English. I love traveling, cooking, skincare, and working out, and I consume all related information in English. Learning English through topics you love is a great way to improve. Whenever I’m cooking or walking outside, I listen to English. Surrounding yourself with the language you’re learning every day is a great way to improve any language. Learning with enjoyment is key. I hope anyone working hard to learn a language achieves great results. Thanks a lot to this channel. I will apply these methods to other languages I am learning now.❤❤❤

Thank you for the content. Last year i used ur framework to improve my english, and hopefully get a job. Since 6 month deliberate practice. The interview i got still no progress. At that time, I realize i should stop chasing my career and start to switch my career and find in local job. Now with a new year and new hope, i want try build up the framework again and not worrying about the result.
