Please how did you design, your image holding the card. I've seen it in two tutorial thumbnails now but can't find a video for it.

You'll need to shoot photos of yourself using a large piece of paper or cardboard first. Preferably of a single plain color. Then use the BG remover to get rid of the BG and the paper. You will be left with just you and your hands. You can now use this on any design you want, holding anything you want. You'll need Canva Pro to access the BG Remover feature. Hope this answers your question 😉

Great suggestion! Unfortunately you cannot link to a mailto: with Canva at this point. Hopefully in the near future they'll allow that.

@@bc1248 probably because it’s not Keynote or PowerPoint. Canva is on a whole nother level both design wise and the amount of options when it comes to integrating with other apps. Not only is it a lot easier to use- but it’s constantly being updates unlike the other 2 which are both stuck in the 90’s. I’m sorry but it really aggravates me how rude people can be when responding to something that was put out for free to help people out.

Hey Cindy, yes you can access Canva on mobile either via the app (download on AppStore) or via your mobile browser (just go to Canva.com). You should be able to see all the elements and categories from there (have you tried the + button)?

I have been making digital designs in Canva and I am planning on selling them on Etsy. Does Canva charge the buyer a fee if the canva download I created have "pro" elements in it.? Is there any knid of work around? My items to list are in the form of a pdf that has a link that opens to a png editable file and takes them to Canva to edit. I've been grouping all the elements of the design together and then locking them. I only leave the text unlocked so the customer can edit it. I have 200 plus designs that I have created in Canva and have uploaded about half of them into Etsy. I do have a Pro account Help!! Thanks in advance

If the user is using a Canva free version and accessed your designs with "Pro" elements then they will be charged of that Pro element. The work around for this is, download the pro elements with transparent background and then re-upload it to your Canva account. Hope this helps! Let us know if you have more questions. Thanks....

It depends if your template uses Pro elements (elements from the library that have a crown) the end users will still have to pay for these if they are not Pro users.

Hello! I created an animation similar to yours from another video, where I place the video in a phone frame but every time I download the final product I use MP4 Beta which is suggested and it makes my video really blurry. Any suggestions?

This could come from two things: 1/ the size of your canvas (document type), make sure it's big. 2/ the resolution of the video you insert into that frame.

You'd have to add your text to a separate page, use the animate button and the Scene duration button to set the timing. But I agree this is not optimum for now. Canva is working on building more video editing options.
