There's another cool feature called tunnel mode. If your windows and sunroof are open, prior to entering a tunnel you can hold the re circulation button and it closes the windows and sunroof and vents... repeat to get the windows and sunroof to the original position (open)...

How do you get the Augmented reality SAT NAV to work and activate to utilise the front camera and project the directions onto the footage ? I have a 69 180d a class and haven't discovered that one yet or the lane assist where it will change lanes whilst in cruise control for you. Any ideas? Maybe my model doesn't have those features

Thanks. I didn't realize the door unlocked by just touching the handle. One tip for MB owners if you don't have apple car play you can buy a device for $60 and add car play which allows you to see your phone apps on screen and makes text messaging so easy.

Very interesting, didn't know that that non AMG models get a hidden launch control feature. I'm guessing it's for AMG Line (or AMG Sport package) cars... I bet the Avantgarde/Lux/standard models don't get it.

Only Multibeam LED do that. You have probably High Performance LED. Which can't do that at all. I had those in my first black A

Yes, I own both a Mercedes W204 and A3 8V. Their collaboration with Nissan/Renault Alliance demonstrates a better quality small car using their components including engines and gearboxes. The keyless system was used in Laguna Mk2 Ph2 from back in 2005. The M282 engine is very good and was developed by Renault who are extremely underated. I own a Audi A3.... but the Renault Megane is a way better car all round and picked uo the Audi as i got it very very cheap, much like the mechanicals in it.... its the EA211 engine but what 'premium' car has a timing belt instead of a chain.... pure shit

Had to say i like the parking assist the most cause I'm suck with side parking lol. Also for muslim in navi there's option to check for qibla direction ( atleast Malaysia version ). Another thing I can't find option to turn off the ambient light ( on day it's pretty much useless and just eat up your battery faster ) so i just use voice command for it

Hey Ivan, thanks for posting these tips. I just got the new GLB 250 a week ago and am going to see if any of the GLA tricks work on GLB too. I also have a quick question on the driver's display. There is a "P" in a blue square box right next to the "hold" icon. I see it pop up and out on my car's screen too but I have no idea what it means and there is nothing in the manual about it. Multibeams cutout light from ongoing traffic. Self moving feature in traffic jam is called Distronic Plus. Not moving based on traffic light signals now, it's not fully autonomous just yet. But close to it!

Late reply but when you disable ESP and you get wheel spin, the car doesn’t throttle down causing there to be less power. And let’s face it, having a little bit of wheel spin is fun!

Just in case anyone's still wondering, no you don't have to disable ESP on the A35 to launch. Just stick it in Sport+, left foot on brake, floor the accelerator, and release to launch.

There is no "better" color out there. Everyone likes something different. For me - I like more white, because you can see all the shapes better and it's easier to keep clean longer. Black is like a mirror, few hours after wash you can see the dust immediately while white looks cleaner for the longer period of time. Also during summer white car doesn't absorb as much heat as the black one.

I have a premium package with parktronic ,fully drive assistance and all that stuff,I even got the navigation system on internal hard drive but I saw in many videos of the new mbux system with the augmented reality 3D with the actual front real cameras integrated in the navigation on screen but it seems I can't get it to show up or maybe I am missing some app or update? Thanks, I don't have it myself, but I drove several new cars with it. I think it works with navigation only, or if you stand as first car near traffic lights, it will show you traffic lights so you can see when is green light on the display and don't need to tilt yourself.
