It's definitely hard at first to know if a girl or a guy is legitmately interested in you. But the more you hang out with the opposite gender, the more you'll be able to know. Get out there and get that experience! You got this ❤️

What I think is the best approach is the hell yes or no approach. It's either you look at a girl and you go "yep that girl is all over me" and if it's not that then "I am misunderstanding/wrong" in which case you forget about the latter girl completely and only focus on girls who really make it easy for you to be with

Hamza I just wanted to say thank you for everything you have taught me so far. I’ve started to apply your advice to my daily life and I haven’t been as happy as this in 8 years. I’ve been doing nofap, going to church, making eye contact and engaging in great conversation with people, meditating/journaling, working out regularly, stopped watching anime and playing video games and even more great things. I want to lead a great generation of men through tough times and be someone who people respect. Your life changing brother and I live with a fire in my heart because of you. Stay blessed

- Eye contact for sure is a big sign. - I'm not too sure about the enthusiastic text messages, I'd say that the actual sign related to that is when it is she who begins text conversations with you. Like, if she texts you "Good morning, how are you doing?" in the morning (without you having texted her before that), that's a sign she likes you. - When she engages in unnecessary physical contact is definitely a huge sign she likes you. - The sharing emotional parts about her maybe.. it's not that obvious like the other ones. She might as well see you like a good friend.

PRO TIP: this isn't entirely accurate when the girl's personality is just extremely flirtatious. I've experienced it first hand. She likely has a flirtatious personality if 1. shes been in a lot of relationships 2. talks to many boys at the same time 3. majority of her friends are boys 4. starts getting comfortable with you really fast.

When my parents broke up and I was living with my mom, I was a happy kid and I didn't have any insecurities but when time passed and my dad was less present and less masculine, I started feeling really unattractive and I couldn't feel attractive around women and when the signs were there, I didn't see them, but now I do, I have to thank Hamza, he really helped me a lot to become more masculine, now I'm not insecure at all and even got a girlfriend.

Man I wish I knew the girls in high school or college that were into me were actually into me and not looking at me or smiling at me because I look "weird" or whatever, because that was what I was led to believe. I had so many chances to be in loving relationships with girls who want to be with me but I couldn't because of the self-limiting belief of me not thinking that I deserved love. To this day I am still trying to heal that part of me and starting to believe that girls actually find me attractive but it's still hard to look past that as people in the past made me feel that I didn't deserve it. If I never had that self-limiting belief I wonder how much happier my life would be if I were to be with the girls who would love me from the beginning. Seriously Hamza, your message at the end made me tear up, because I could relate to it so hard. I'm only a year younger than you and I am just now starting to fully accept that girls find me attractive. I hope soon I can be with someone who loves me and I can accept their love for me without question.

When girls get loud around you its also a sign of interest, if she moves the group in a club to near you, or she will be more challenging, or she can actually get quiet around you. There's a lot of subtle signs, context is most important, superficial body language interpretation can lead to problems. Trust what you gut says, you know when there's a vibe :) The biggest sign, she doesn't walk away easily from you 😜

Right around 14:15 this resonated with me a bit…. I have known for a fact about girls liking me (never acted on it, I’m now 17 years old and a junior in high school) and a part of that was that I believed I was ugly… and kind of still do. I know I’m not some sigma male who just looks stunning but I’m working towards gaining more confidence and self-respect. Something that never really helped was a lot of the girls around me (ESPECIALLY white girls, some of whom I liked) saying they don’t like white guys, only dark skinned guys (I’m Scandinavian and have had ancestors in the US for centuries) and tbh when girls you like say that shit I think the fellas can agree it’s de-moralizing, at least at first. I assume it’s a result of a combination of things in my life and with myself, but I’ve never had a gf, never kissed a girl, nothing. I assumed they just didn’t like me or I just didn’t approach them. I also SUCK at talking to girls (at least as far as flirting is concerned). I’m now working on myself heavily and trying to build more relationships and friendships with people.

This video helped me out a lot but the only different thing was I was brought up by my dad who btw is is the best person in the world for me. He's basically the mother and father role in my life. Don't worry, I didn't lose my mum or anything, she just wasn't there or cared much for me and my brother, just though it was all about her yk. So things were much different for me because I didn't really get hugged (since I was like 4 or 5 just messing around with my dad), kissed or comfortable saying love you and stuff yk. So I'm honestly just trying to improve myself now that I'm in a relationship because I like her and I want to keep it going strong :) Also it's really cool getting to know her mum because I didn't really have that type of person in my life.

This is something I am trying to work on for myself. After having a huge breakdown last week for hating everything about myself. I don't feel worthy since I have been made to believe I am not masculine enough. I don't have a deep voice people stare at me when I talk. Most of my friends are girls because honestly most teenage guys are stupid, I could never relate to the conventionally 'straight guy' things. All this makes people think I'm gay even though I'm not. I haven't really liked myself as such for the past few years since I gained a shit ton of weight a few years back due to the fact that I had just shifted to the other side of the country from my closest friend ever and that manifested in eating way more than I normally do. Thankfully I lost it all lol. Like people will tell me "oh just workout and get muscles no one will think you're gay", but I don't want to. I'm perfectly healthy, not too thin and not too fat. Having a muscular body is just not me. All this made me spiral into this huge self pity party where I just cried. Thankfully I have a really nice support system on my side and I'm starting trying to be a bit more confident in my own skin, but it's really hard. But people like Hamza are motivation. Not cos I want to have muscles all around, but cos he learnt to become comfortable with his body. I know I'm probably in the extreme minority here since most of Hamza's audience is guys who aspire to be absolutely jacked and not enough people talk about my pov on the internet. I would like to know if there's someone like me here. Thanks for reading this bullshit rant I wanted to get it off my chest.

I'm the guy that didn't get any female attention in high school and was very insecure, I started working out after high school and after about a year I just totally forgot that women could be attracted to me until this one girl that I met was so into me that anyone could see the signs of it, but its a weird experience going from a loser in high school to getting attention from other women the best way I can describe it is that it rewires your brain in a way that lets you know that women are attracted to you, not to mention the confidence you get from it, I was extremely anxious and unconfident until I worked out but honestly speaking I did get confident from working out but absolutely nothing compares to the confidence that you get when an attractive woman is interested in you.

I genuinely belive that the idea of a girl liking me is pathetic and physically impossible. Still believe it to this day. I always assume; oh they r just being friendly, who cares, focus on yourself first. Sure Im confident now and Im a great talker with both genders but still at the back of my head I am certain I will never attract any girl. You're chill bro, most girls really get into the dating/sexual game heavily & all the fun, wild stuff & great stories happen when they leave home & aren't under the eye of their parents in universities/colleges anyway. Just study hard & keep improving, by the time you're 18 in college most guys wouldn't have even gotten into self improvement consistently & seriously, and you have your entire life ahead of you post college as well, you're doing fine, in the mean time just go out & explore whatever area you are in, make it a goal to have a great conversation with 1 person a day then increase it to 5, approach everyone, old, kids, your teachers or principals at school, break your social anxiety with everyone before you start having casual good interactions with stranger girls.

I feel stupid for doing this to her because I just know I'm playing with her feelings but in the same time I don't want to date her but in the same time I really think she is attractive. 2:33 describe me too well. Dated a girl I used to work with and at some point we talked about the other girls in the place and ''what they tought'' about me and that the day I learned I was terrible at knowing when a girl is actually interested (like.. 5 girls in the the place would have actually being down for fun or more and I never noticed in more than a year beside the one I dated).

This video has opened my eyes tbh. I've already convinced myself that no girl would be interested in me because of my acne, but now it feels like i got some chance after all.

I loved this video. Got a lot of good little nuggets out of it. One thing I did want to say however, is what you talked about with the whole ‘not liking to be touched, hugged, affections’ bit. I recently started dating a girl that has never had a bf and told me she doesn’t like that kind of stuff at all. But the more we hang out, the more touchy she gets. The more affection she shows me/wants me to show. This girl I just don’t think has known that’s what she likes. Has just been closed off to that. A girl that truly has feelings for you will show you affection. Period.

13:48 hit me really hard Hamza, I have for the longest time I had convinced myself that I was ugly due to being brown. However I have recently completed a glow up period lasting a year: - I`ve lost fat and gained muscle - I have straightened my teeth and gotten venners - undergone a hair transplant and used minoxidil for thicker hair growth - grown out a short beard - upgraded my clothing style - fixed my posture Now that I walk outside I see more and more of these signs, and I think that it cannot be a coincidence. Thank you for making all of us aware of these signs!

Hey Hamza, please do a video on how to stay motivated after recovering from an injury? I have had a shoulder injury for about 4 months now and I still don't know what it is and how to treat it (I've been to physio twice). I can't workout and feel quite unmotivated to stay on self improvement. Thanks bro 🙏

hey dylan im sorry to hear about that i also suffered an injury a couple of years ago and i just kept myself busy with other things, i played a lot of fortnite and looking back that probably wasnt the best thing to do but you can learn a new skill like programming, read some books or study a subject that you are passionate about and i know the struggles but everything will be alright just give it some time and you will recover💌

I feel you, but my situation is kinda different bcuz I used to train calisthenics a lot(I was pretty good), until they diagnosed me with pretty big scoliosis which has progresing quite quickly. Since then almost every specialists told me to stop training bcuz it might make my scoliosis worse or atleast will slow down or cut down my healing progress:/

I don’t usually comment on things very often but this comment kind of struck a chord with me. I remember over a year from now I suffered from some weird form of carpal tunnel syndrome I felt so helpless and I remember the electrifying pain that came with it. It took almost an entire month for me to move my fingers and some more to actually start doing normal tasks again, at one point I also went to physio. It took a while but things gradually started getting back to normal and now I’ve just recently started going to the gym with my friends and I’m training to strengthen my arms and just get healthy overall. I would’ve killed to know that there was someone else going through the same thing as me so Dylan just know you’re not alone in this and that, believe it or not, things do gradually get better over time. I recommend picking up a fun hobby that you can do whilst you recover for me I played chess and I’ve gotten really good. Turn your negatives into positives. - sorry for the long rant

I met a girl recently, we're close when we meet in real life, really good vibes, but when we send each other messages from time to time, it feels like we don't know each other that much or she's not into it... it feels dry, slow paced messages etc. Anyway, I want to ask her this week if she's interested in dating because I never asked a girl out before, I'll take this as practice and see what I can improve if she says no. What do you guys suggest me to do ?

Texting totally different then meeting up. There are some girls that are bad texter, or disconnects the "texting you" from the real you in her mind. Ask her out, if she accepts spend time with her and you will see. If she doesn't you don't waste time comptemplating and you can start searching for something new.
