Yes they did. Despite their situation they sent people to Afghanistan back in the 80s to fight the Soviets. Besides who asks those in need to help us? They have been in this situation for 70+ years and the Afghan war was only in the last 40 years. So they have been in war much longer and were never in a condition to help the afghans yet they still sent men to fight in Afghanistan. You must be on a special one. Or a bot.
